Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, ensuring a high standard of care is upheld at all times.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status, providing interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an emergency care setting.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks in high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to work night shifts, with hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
