Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an emergency care center. The RN will provide high-quality patient care and support the healthcare team in delivering efficient and effective medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and accurately document medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an emergency department or urgent care setting is preferred.

Work Schedule

This position is a night shift role, from 2:45 PM to 3:15 AM. Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs is essential.
