Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Care Center team. This position is critical in providing high-quality care to patients during evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Care Center.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an ER or acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Schedule

This position requires evening and overnight shifts, providing care during hours of high demand.
