Job Description:

This role requires a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room. The position demands high-level nursing skills to address critical patient needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• BLS – Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS – Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support required upon hire
• RN – Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT – RN – Multi-state Compact required upon hire
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support or ARC-PALS – Amer Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 180 Days
• TNCC – Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN – Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses within 18 Months
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS – Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support within 180 Days
• Less than 1-year experience in direct patient care preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
• Possess basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
