Job Description:

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, optimizing the use of technology and collaboration to support clinical care, and demonstrating strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Requirements:

• BLS – Basic Life Support or equivalent
• RN – Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT – RN – Multi-state Compact
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support or equivalent within 180 days
• TNCC – Trauma Nurse Core Course or equivalent within 18 months
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent within 180 days
• Less than 1 year experience with direct patient care preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Basic computer skills and strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and function in a fast-paced environment
