Join our dynamic Pediatric Operating Room team.

• Number of Operating Rooms: 8
• Staff Size: 25
• Staff Composition:
  • Day Shift: Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Surgical Technologists (CST), Anesthesia staff
  • Night Shift: On-call team
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, estimated but not guaranteed
• Equipment Used: Belmont Rapid Fusion
• EMR System: Meditech / CPN

Typical Responsibilities

• Manage the operating room environment
• Assist surgeons during procedures
• Monitor vital signs
• Provide pre- and post-operative care

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience in cardiac and open-heart surgery
• Preferred Skills:
  • Pediatric experience
  • Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
  • Able to function across multiple service lines
