Job Title: Registered Nurse – Clinic

Job Description:

This position is in the GI Procedure Call center, where there is no patient contact face to face, everything is done via phone or through Epic.

Responsibilities:

• Gastroenterology procedure scheduling and triaging of referrals/phone-based encounters, My Chart inquiries
• Assist in caring for patients in the clinic up to 5 days a week depending on provider availability, including taking vitals, rooming documentation, education, scheduling, and assisting providers with exams

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of RN/LPN experience; previous GI/Endoscopy experience highly preferred
• BLS certification required for RN and LPN
• Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing; South Dakota Board of Nursing License
• Experience with EPIC required
• Excellent communication, care coordination, customer service, organization skills, and comfortability caring for patients in the clinic
