Job Description:

This is for a manager position to supervise the RN/CM unit. Only submit candidates who have recent acute care supervisory/manager experience.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients in NICU, pediatric, ER, MedSurg, Tele, Oncology, and ICU.
• Manage case load of 15 to 25-30 patients depending on staffing.
• Coordinate with Case Management Social Workers, Assistants, and CM Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Seasoned RN Case Management background with inpatient clinical experience.
• BLS, BSN, and State of WA RN license required.
• Experience with case management, discharge planning, and strong assessment skills.
• Ability to discharge patients to various care facilities and manage Medicare/Medicaid patients.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
