Job Description:
The RN Case Manager will oversee and manage patient care by coordinating services and collaborating with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Interview patients and families face-to-face
- Conduct InterQual reviews including Observation reviews, DPEs, and Discharge planning
- Participate in MDRs on each unit daily
Requirements:
- Case Management experience
- Midas/InterQual proficiency
- Licensed Masters
