Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating care for patients, ensuring that they receive the necessary resources and support throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to optimize patient outcomes and promote an efficient healthcare delivery system.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in MIDAS is required
• At least 2 years of nursing experience is preferred

Work Schedule

This position is scheduled for standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
