Job Description:
Registered Nurse needed for Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Float Pool, providing patient care in a specialized unit requiring ICU experience.
Responsibilities:
- Titration of Vesicant Meds
- Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, Paralytics, experience with Vents, Trachs, telemetry interpretation
- Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation
- Procedures include Cardioversion, Central line insertion, EGD, Bronchoscopy, Chest Tube insertions, Pericardiocentesis, Thoracentesis
Requirements:
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NIH certification
- ICU experience required
- Advanced skills desirable: IABP, Impella, CRRT
- CCRN recommended
