Job Description:

The role involves providing care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Float Pool, with responsibilities including titration of vesicant medications, sedation, and working with advanced cardiovascular equipment. ICU experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Titration of Vesicant Medications
• Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, and Paralytics
• Experience with Ventilators, Tracheotomies, and telemetry interpretation
• Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter setup and interpretation
• Procedures such as Cardioversion, Central line insertion, and Chest Tube insertions

Requirements:

• Must have experience in titration of vesicant medications and familiarity with pressors, sedation, and paralytics
• Experience with ventilators and tracheotomies
• Telemetry interpretation skills
• Understanding of hemodynamics and PA Catheter setup and interpretation
• Advanced skills such as IABP, Impella, and CRRT are desirable
