Job Description:

This position involves working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) providing care to critical patients. RNs will be part of a float pool, assisting in various areas within the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Titration of Vesicant Medications
• Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, and Paralytics
• Experience with Vents, Trachs, and Telemetry interpretation
• Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation
• Transvenous Pacing
• Cardioversion and TEE
• Familiarity with Chest Tube insertions and maintenance

Requirements:

• Titration of Vesicant Medications
• Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, and Paralytics
• Experience with Vents, Trachs, and Telemetry interpretation
• Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter set up and interpretation
• Desirable skills include IABP, Impella, and CRRT
