Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Cath Lab is responsible for providing care for pediatric patients with congenital heart conditions. This role involves diagnostic and interventional procedures as well as monitoring patients during and after these procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate for cases such as LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, congenital structure stenting/ballooning, and collateral closure.
• Assist with pediatric electrophysiology procedures including pacemaker implants, generator exchanges, loop recorder implants/removals, and EP studies with RF ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial tachycardia, and PVC.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience, with prior pediatric cath lab preferred.
• Current WA state or compact license, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications are required.
• Experience with PACS: Picom, Hemodynamic: Merge, and Siemens Artis preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC Cupid is preferred.
• 45-minute response time for on-call duties is required.
