Job Description:

Provide speech language pathology services in a rehab setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans to assist patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Cerner charting system.

Requirements:

• Must have an active BLS and CA license.
• 2 years of experience in a similar setting required.
• Ability to float to Mercy Medical Center Redding, if needed.
