Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents within a long-term care and nursing home environment.

Location

This position is located in City, ST.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents’ health status, identifying any changes in condition and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, available services, and any relevant procedures or treatments.
• Document all aspects of care provided in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
