Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care (LTC) Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality care for residents while managing administrative functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursing home.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage budgets and financial operations of the facility.
• Foster a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare management or long-term care administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
