Job Description:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves administering bedside swallow evaluations and communication evaluations, as well as following up on standardized test administrations primarily in a Level 2 Trauma Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and follow-ups.
- Perform communication evaluations and follow-ups.
- Administer outpatient standardized tests.
- Provide services to a range of patients, including those post-concussion, with CVA, TBI, and Head & Neck CA.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- CCC-SLP Credential
- COVID Vaccine Required
- Independence in conduct of evaluations and follow-ups
