Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients using appropriate techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while ensuring that all equipment is functional and sanitized.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and delivering excellent customer service.

Additional Information

• Position Type: Contract with a 13 to 26-week commitment.
• Work Schedule: Day shifts.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.
• Dress code and further orientation details will be provided on the first day.
