Facility Overview

This is a 2 PT / 2 PTA clinic focusing on general orthopedic and balance-related patient care.

• Outpatient experience is essential.

Patient Ratios / Productivity

• Target of 50 patient visits per week.

Evaluation Times

• 1-hour one-on-one evaluations.
• Approximately 10 evaluations per week.

Years of Experience Preferred

• Minimum of 1 year experience required.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Schedule Details

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Schedule Structure

• Preferred: 5 days at 8 hours each; 4 days at 10 hours may be considered.

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Documentation System

• NextGen.

Staff Support

• Support from 2 Patient Experience Coordinators (PECs).

Floating Requirements

• No floating required.

• Dress Code: Business casual attire (slacks, professional shirt, closed-toe shoes).
