Job Description

An outpatient rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their team in Brookings, OR. This position is focused on providing individualized patient care in a freestanding outpatient clinic.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks; potential for extension to 26 weeks
• Setting: Outpatient rehabilitation
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8–12 patients per day
• Caseload: General orthopedics (hips, knees, shoulders, back and neck) with occasional neuro/CVA cases
• Appointment Times: 60-minute evaluations; 45-minute follow-up sessions
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): WebPT
• Weekends/Call: None
• Holidays: Clinic is closed

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license required prior to start date
