Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload with a productivity target of 90%.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations for new patients.
• Provide follow-up visits scheduled for every 30 minutes, with an average treatment duration of 60 minutes.
• Document patient progress using the NextGen documentation system.
• Assist in a range of conditions including but not limited to Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain – Post-Operative, and more.

Patient Population

Provide care to a diverse range of patients including adolescents, adults, and geriatric orthopedic patients.

Experience and Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of patient demographics.

Schedule Details

The schedule structure will be discussed during the interview process. Patients are scheduled every 30 minutes, and evaluations are allotted 60 minutes.
