Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and plan appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient progress, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the education and support of patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous nursing experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
