Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed, focusing on various patient populations including ortho, neuro, and pediatrics. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Adapt care to cover general inpatient, rehab, or sub-acute settings if required.
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations with permanent staff.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related setting
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
