Job Description:
Provide physical therapy services in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home facilities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, establishing care plans, and collaborating with the rehab team on patient progress and discharge needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish a plan of care.
- Assist with rounds and care conferences as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the rehab team regarding patient progress and equipment needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical setting.
- CPR certification and NC Physical Therapy license required.
- Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting.
