Job Description:

Experienced Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient setting. The role requires managing an active caseload of 25-30 patients, encompassing adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, averaging 12-13 visits per day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage active patient caseload and conduct assessments such as Fall Risk Assessment and NextGen Case Management.
• Treat orthopedic conditions including but not limited to Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, and Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care.

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates will not be considered.
• Dress code is business casual.
