Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The role requires working Sundays through Thursdays with 8-hour shifts, managing a diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, and pediatrics. Physical Therapists will primarily work with spinal cord injuries, strokes, brain injuries, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care settings.
• Must have valid license to practice.
