Job Description:

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services, working with patients of all types including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and those in lymphedema programs. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a care team to facilitate patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using the Cerner EMR system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• BLS Certification required.
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
