Job Title: Travel – Physical Therapist
City/State: Highlands, North Carolina

Job Description:
PT will work in Acute and ELC.
Responsibilities:
- Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care.
- Assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated.
- Frequent communication with rehab team on patient’s progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs.
Requirements:
- Must have CPR certification and NC Physical Therapy license.
- Prefer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting.
