Job Description:
Physical Therapist position in an outpatient rehab setting focusing on providing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with both orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads and provide necessary screenings.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments, including DME authorization and fall risk assessments.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including, but not limited to, rotator cuff injuries, ACL tears, and generalized low back pain.
- Address neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Requirements:
- Preferably have previous PT experience.
- Proficiency in case management and use of NextGen EHR.
