Job Description:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, and adolescents. This includes evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, ensuring effective case management, and meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fall risk assessments and other applicable evaluations
• Manage a caseload size of 55+ patients per week
• Provide orthopedic care including management of conditions such as ACL Tears, Rotator Cuff Repair, and Low Back Pain
• Implement neuro skills for conditions like Concussion and Parkinson’s Disease
• Document patient care using NextGen EHR system

Requirements:

• Prefer 1+ years of experience, open to new graduates
• Proficiency in managing complex cases with diverse clinical presentations
• Ability to meet productivity expectations with a minimum of 11 visits per day and 55 visits per week
