Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services for both inpatients and outpatients, covering the entire facility. This includes evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning, as well as participating in team conferences and family training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treatments
- Manage discharge planning
- Participate in team conferences and family training
- Utilize adaptive devices and equipment
Requirements:
- Willingness to work on the IRF unit
- Critical thinking/clinical reasoning
- Active PT license
- Active BLS certification
