Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel PT for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Treat SNF Patients
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Care Team
- Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards
Requirements:
- Active CA PT License
- SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience)
- Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
- Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
- Preference for Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday Schedule
