Job Description:
Seeking a Physical Therapist experienced in Home Health to perform patient care including start of care, recertifications, and daily visits, M-F 8-5, with no weekends required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct start of care, recertifications, and daily visits with patients.
- Manage a workload of 5-6 regular visits per day, adjusting for travel or additional admissions.
Requirements:
- Current ND Physical Therapy License and BLS certification.
- Must have a current Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Preferred experience with Home Health and OASIS training.
