General Information

• Staffing: 3 full-time PT, 1 PTA, 3 PRN PT
• Shifts: Day shift – 3 PT, 1 PTA; Night shift – not applicable
• Patient Ratios: Not applicable
• Equipment: Hoyer Lift, Treadmill, Elliptical, Sci Fit
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech Magic, ReDoc/NetHealth
• Floating Requirement: Possible work in Inpatient Rehab, Acute, Outpatient Rehab.

Qualifications

• Must Have:
  • Valid Physical Therapist license
• Preferred:
  • Experience in outpatient clinics
  • Experience with neurological patients

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients requiring physical therapy.

Team Collaboration

Seeking a team player who can effectively collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians.

Additional Information

Outpatient physical therapist hours are flexible, with clinic availability from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
