Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions, utilizing the Cerner EMR system.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with spinal cord injuries, stroke, brain injuries, and orthopedic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and utilize appropriate treatment modalities.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Cerner charting system.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- License to Submit
