Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide care and treatment for a diverse group of patients including adults, adolescents, and geriatrics. The role involves managing and assessing patient cases, conducting fall risk assessments, and overseeing orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 55 visits per week, averaging 10-12 visits per day.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments.
• Provide treatment for conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, and more.
• Utilize NextGen for electronic health records.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Physical Therapy.
• Proficiency in general ortho and neuro skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of patient diagnoses.
• Dress code: Business Casual.
