Job Description:
The physical therapist will work in a home health setting, providing care primarily to orthopedic and geriatric patients. The role involves conducting visits, performing initial assessments, and utilizing the HomeCare HomeBase EMR system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 5 patient visits per day.
- Perform start of care visits, especially for orthopedic patients.
- Travel approximately 40 miles per day within Tehama County.
Requirements:
- Home Health Experience.
- Current BLS Certification.
- License to practice as a Physical Therapist.
