Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist in the Adult Inpatient Acute Rehab unit, you will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and implement therapeutic procedures consistent with rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis in an acute care hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients in an acute care setting.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Perform procedures and techniques to modify patient condition/function.
- Supervise and coordinate therapeutic care.
- Communicate evaluation results to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current North Carolina license to practice Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification required.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
