Job Description:

Experienced Physical Therapist needed for outpatient care, focusing on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The therapist will manage an active caseload and conduct 12-13 visits per day in a business casual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30 individuals
• Perform case management and fall risk assessment
• Provide care for a variety of orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, and Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency in handling adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
