Job Description:

Physical Therapist needed for a 26-week contract in an outpatient and swing bed setting with a significant pediatric population at this facility. The candidate must have experience in Pediatrics, Outpatient, and Swing bed as listed on their work history at submission.

Responsibilities:

Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in outpatient and swing bed settings.
Evaluate patient’s progress and provide feedback to appropriate parties, including staff if weekend swing bed evaluations are necessary.

Requirements:

AHA BLS certification
Active AR license and NPI number
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 2 years of experience, with preference for candidates with 5+ years if they are new travelers
