Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)

Job Description:

This position involves providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services at designated facilities. The therapist will work in various settings based on the organizational needs and patient population. Duties include evaluating and treating patients with different medical conditions in both the inpatient and outpatient environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using the Cerner EMR system.

Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification
• A minimum of 2 years of professional physical therapy experience
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist
