Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively within the rehab team to provide patient care services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. They will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and administer therapy to patients with a variety of conditions including ortho, neuro, and pediatrics. The role requires adaptability to work in different environments such as a freestanding outpatient clinic and general inpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients with spinal cord injuries, strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic conditions.
• Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
