Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The therapist will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a varied caseload of adults and adolescents, employing a range of orthopedic skills and productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

• Case Management and Screening/Building Caseload
• Conduct Fall Risk Assessments and Gross Motor Assessments
• Treat patients with conditions such as ACL Tear, Back Pain, Fractures, and more

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency in NextGen EHR systems
