Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in providing care in a critical access setting that serves an outpatient population as well as acute care and skilled nursing facilities. The RN will be integral to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care options.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards within the care environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient care, swing beds, or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Position available in a facility located in a city in the state.
