Job Description:

Physical Therapist role in a rehab unit, primarily working with an outpatient-based patient load ranging from newborns to hospice settings across various diagnoses. The role also includes providing therapy services for Acute Care and Swing bed program, though this is not the majority of the patient responsibilities. Pediatric experience is required, and new graduates are not suitable for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to the elderly in a hospice setting.
• Deliver therapy services for both Acute Care and Swing bed programs as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in pediatrics required.
• No new graduates.
