Job Description:
This position involves providing physical therapy services in a home-based care setting, covering a geographical region in Santa Maria, California. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions for conditions such as orthopedic injuries, strokes, and spinal injuries.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience with Oasis (government mandated form).
- One year experience in PT/OT/Sp; home setting experience preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
