Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Hope Mills, NC. This role requires a strong background in outpatient physical therapy to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50 patient visits per week.
• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute, one-on-one initial evaluations, with approximately 10 evaluations per week.
• Treat a variety of cases including but not limited to:
  • Total Joint Replacement
  • TMJ Dysfunction
  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • Stenosis
  • SI Joint Dysfunction
  • Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care and Non-Surgical Intervention)
  • Postural Dysfunction
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Meniscus Tear
  • Headaches
  • Generalized Low Back Pain
  • Fractures and Stress Fractures
  • Disc Herniation
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Calf Strains
  • Back Pain (Post-Operative)
  • ACL Tears
  • Achilles Tendonitis

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• New graduates will not be considered.

Schedule Details

Workdays are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts per week; however, four 10-hour shifts may be considered.

Clinic Operations

The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will have support from two Patient Experience Coordinators, and documentation will be streamlined using the NextGen system.
