Physical Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This position involves managing a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute, one-on-one initial evaluations for patients, with expectations to complete around 10 evaluations per week.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Manage a variety of cases, including but not limited to:
• Total Joint Replacement
• TMJ Dysfunction
• Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
• Stenosis
• SI Joint Dysfunction
• Rotator Cuff Repair, Post-Operative Care
• Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention
• Postural Dysfunction
• Plantar Fasciitis
• Osteoporosis
• Osteoarthritis
• Meniscus Tear
• Headache
• Generalized Low Back Pain
• Fractures/Stress Fractures
• Disc Herniation
• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Calf Strain
• Back Pain, Post-Operative
• ACL Tear
• Achilles Tendonitis

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Work Schedule

The regular schedule consists of the following hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Ideal schedule structure is five 8-hour shifts, with four 10-hour shifts also being a consideration.

Clinic Environment

• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Documentation System: NextGen.
• Staff Support: 2 Patient Experience Coordinators available to assist with patient-related tasks.
• No floating requirements.
• This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Dress Code

Business casual attire is required, including slacks, a professional shirt, and closed-toe shoes.
