Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0.0
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training

Additional Requirements

• Candidates with prior permanent or PRN experience must have been separated for one year to be eligible for rehire.
• Candidates with previous travel experience need to provide their name and date of birth for eligibility verification.

Credentialing Information

The selected candidate will be required to complete certain documentation with the relevant organization outside of the standard clearance packet before starting their assignment.

Work Environment and Equipment

All necessary equipment will be provided during the interview process, and the experience will take place during daytime hours.

• Parking will be provided on the first day of work.
• Dress code information will be provided on the first day.
• Holiday coverage is not required.
